Deadly force
Deputies called to support fire department at a small house fire. Gaston yelled at the firefighters and deputies and ran into the woods wearing only sweatpants. When he came out he "made a movement simulating drawing a firearm and the deputies fired, striking Gaston several times." He was unarmed.
