Deadly force
Clark, a decorated soldier, exchanged gunfire and threatened suicide when police responded to where he had crashed into a house. Officers fired at Clark and hit him in the wrist and chest, killing him. The local district attorney's officer cleared the officers of any wrongdoing.
This record exists so that Jonathan D. Clark III, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
