Deadly force
Rodriguez's mother made mental assistance call to 911 for her son. When officers arrived, Rodriguez attacked officers with a knife and was shot and killed. Mother claims in lawsuit that officers entered her home, removed knife, and placed at Rodriguez's body. Video available from across street is inconclusive.
