Deadly force
Police attempted to stop Stutchman for a traffic violation at 2 a.m. Stutchman sped off and a pursuit ensued. Stutchman crashed his SUV and got out of the other brandishing a handgun. Officers opened fire, hitting Stutchman multiple times and killing him. Stutchman's sister told reporters that her brother had several warrants out for his arrest. Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation found shooting justified.
