Deadly force
Police officers moonlighting as security guards at an apartment complex thought Jefferson Duncan looked suspicious and attempted to detain him, Duncan bolted. An officer caught him and a struggle ensued, in which Duncan took the officer's taser. Duncan tased the officer, and when the officer came to, threatened to tase him again if he didn't let him go. The officer opened fire, killing Duncan.
