Officers responded to a local restaurant after Edward Michael Caruth, 38, barricaded himself inside a bathroom and flooding the facilities. In a five minute struggle, up to four officers fought with caruth and tasered him four times. Caruth became unresponsive after the struggle and tasing and died shortly after at a local hospital.
