Deadly force
When police responded to a second report of "man with shotgun", they say Willis' other drove directly toward them and hit two police vehicles. He then jumped out of the car and after a short foot chase he reportedly pointed his rifle or shot at them. Two officers shot at him approx. 25 times, killing him.
