Deadly force
Members of the Oklahoma City Metro Fugitive Squad were trying to serve an armed robbery warrant to Watters at his residence. They saw him in his other with a female passenger. They called police and Watters led police on a chase. When Watters left his other and ran into a creek. Police went after him and after seeing him holding a gun, they fired at him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
