Deadly force
California Highway Patrol attempted to pull over a drunk driver. When the suspect didn't stop, the Indio Police Department joined the chase. The suspect exited the other, allegedly with a shotgun. The victim was shot down by officers. It has yet to be determined which officer fired the fatal gunshot.
