OKC PD tried to pull over a guy in a car. The guy drove for a couple of blocks and crashed into the fence of an apartment complex. He exited the car and ran through the complex. Officers gave chase and shot the man after he brandished a firearm at them, OKC PD claims. Eyewitnesses claim Nowlin was unarmed, had his hands up and was shot in the back.
