Deadly force
Faison was being a served a warrant for his arrest. Police allege Faison ran to the back of house and armed himself. Eyewitnesses claimed Faison was unarmed and on the telephone when police shot and killed him. Police recovered a weapon at the scene but declined to say if it had been used by Faison.
