On a Saturday night police speeding to a call, without lights or siren, collided with one of three ATV running at a high rate of speed on city streets. The ATV rider Blackmon was killed. While it is illegal to ride ATVs in the street in St. Louis, it is unclear from press reports whether the police cruiser struck the ATV, or the ATV struck the police cruiser.
