Richard Fredrick Tis Mil Estrada, 17, crashed his car at 1 a.m. A CHP responded and Estrada attacked him with a machete. The Officer shot at Estrada 11 times and then locked himself in the car and called for help. Second officer came to the scene and found the boy naked & unarmed on the ground, bleeding out from gunshot wounds and unresponsive. He tasered Estrada, who later succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
