Francisco Manuel Cesena, 40, was crossing into the United States when he was taken aside and identified as a felon, according to San Diego police and the Medical Examiner's Office. Cesena allegedly jumped over a counter and attacked a border agent that came to take him to jail. During the fight that ensued, Cesena was shocked and collapsed, federal agents said.He later died.
