Less-than-lethal force

A county police spokesperson was quick to deny that the Tasering of Omelas, in his own bedroom in the early morning hours of New Year's Day, had anything to do with his death. He was put in a spit mask, cuffed, hobbled, and forcibly sedated. There was speculation that it might have been some new drug undetectable in blood tests.
