An officer responded to a domestic disturbance after a report of a woman being held at gunpoint by a relative. When the officer arrived at the home, a woman approached his other and tried to get inside while screaming about a man armed with a gun. The officer saw William Campbell approaching his other while pointing his gun at him. The officer shot Campbell.
