Deadly force
Four to five police officers are seen on video surrounding man on the ground and wrestling with him. Whether he actually grabbed an officer's gun is unclear, but there are at least five gunshots heard on the video. Officers Francisco Martinez, Daniel Torres, and Sgt. Chand Syed shot and killed him.
