The infant died recently at a home in the Hodgeman County town of Jetmore. The circumstances are unclear, but as the death was being investigated by the Hodgeman County Sheriff's Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigations, they found evidence significant enough to arrest the infant's father, Kody Hanson, and charge him with first degree murder and felony child abuse. Circumstances surrounding Roston's death have not yet been released.
