Deadly force
Officers on anti-gang task force duty stopped a other because they recognized the man in the passenger seat who was on parole and had a felony warrant for his arrest. As soon as the car stopped, the subject allegedly flung open his door and started firing at officers. Officers returned fire, killing the man at the scene.
