Deputies responded to a call of two men fighting, apparently, in the middle of Highway 19 in rural Mississippi. While trying to arrest the subject a stun gun was used "unsuccessfully" according to deputies and as soon as the man was in handcuffs he became unresponsive. He was transported to a hospital where he died.
