After a car chase, deputies ordered the woman driving, later identified as Karen Janks, to surrender, but she allegedly accelerated in reverse and struck three deputies and a patrol car behind them. As she drove forward, four deputies fired rounds into the car striking the driver an undetermined amount of times.
