Robert “Rob” Ryan Otto Bryan Whitworth

Burglary suspect Whitworth fled from the police after an attempted traffic stop, although the police were careful to say they did not engage in a pursuit. His other had been reported stolen. Whitworth drove to the interstate, into oncoming traffic, and died in a head-on collision with a semi on an exit ramp. High school student Dane Scott died after a police chase at the same intersection in March 2012.
