Deputies reported that they were investigating a traffic accident involving Harrell. Fifteen minutes into the interaction, he allegedly pulled a gun out, and was shot to death by a deputy. Harrell was wanted in a neighboring county, and deputies reported that he was giving them false names so as not to identify himself.
