Taylor had broken into a car dealership after hours and in security surveillance footage can be seen jumping on cars and smashing the windows of several vehicles. A security guard on duty that night called police about the break in. Six Arlington police arrived and Brad Miller, a rookie cop, fatally shot Taylor. Has since been fired from his station.
