Deputy Michael O'Brien shot and killed Mark Keckhaser after Keckhaser was driving erratically down an alley and allegedly drove in the general direction of O'Brien. Keckhafer/Keckhaser was allegedly intoxicated and attempted to flee police in a high speed pursuit. Police alleged vehicular assault.
