Deadly force
Authorities received reports of a man (Hale) walking around with a gun. One of the callers said he was threatened by Hale after trying to take his keys, and Hale told the victim he had a gun and was suicidal. After Hale was found by police, a physical altercation ensued. When Hale pulled his gun on authorities, he was shot in the jaw and died of his injuries.
