Car was stopped for running a red light and a broken taillight. Officers approached, and instructions to roll down the windows were met with Allen pulling a pistol from his pocket. The officers responded with gunfire. Eyewitness accounts dispute this, and the 4-year veteran is under investigation by internal affairs.
