Deadly force
Deputies were chasing Brett Noblitt, whom they suspected of driving a stolen car. At one point in the chase Noblitt stopped and police approached his other. Noblitt suddenly resumed fleeing, drove in the general direction of an officer, and was shot and killed. Police alleged vehicular assault.
