Glendale police said Arnulfo Gallegos, 50, fled after being involved in a minor collision with another other. The other driver followed the car. Police officers saw the two vehicles run a red light and followed them. The officers soon found a plume of dust where the car hit the cinder block fence. Gallegos died a short time later.
