Officers responded to a call about a man acting suspiciously outside the McDonalds off Hwy. 13 and Washburn Avenue. They confronted the man, who police say was brandishing a knife, and Officers Taylor Jacobs, John Mott and Maskim Yakovlev shot and killed him.
