Deadly force

Police received a report that there was a man wandering around the Parkway neighborhood acting suspicious and appearing drunk or perhaps drugged. A couple hours later, police had detained the man in the back of a patrol car while they tried to sort out if there was any crime to hold him on. He allegedly escaped on foot and a chase ensued. He had managed to grab an ax and/or knives of some sort and when he allegedly charged officers, they opened fire and killed him.
