Marion County Sheriff's Office's wanted to locate Joseph Napoli for questioning in a case they were working. A deputy located Napoli's other pulled over on the side of the road and parked behind the man's other, exited the patrol car and began to approach Napoli's other. The deputy noticed Napoli had a handgun as she walked up to the other. The deputy stated Napoli raised his gun, and she discharged her weapon. It's uncertain at this time who shot him.
