Deputies responded to a reported prescription fraud at the CVS Pharmacy in the 3400 block of Baldwin Road at about 7:43 p.m. Deputies arrested a man when he tried to pick up the prescription. Meanwhile, deputies outside said they saw a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban speed out of the parking lot. An officer in a patrol other tried to stop the SUV, but the driver ran a red light and hit a 1999 Chevrolet Express van. Reo Dockter, the van's driver, died at a hospital short time later. All four people in the SUV were seriously injured.
