Deadly force

Daugherty was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for a probation violation pertaining to a charge of possession of a weapon and an aggravated assault warrant through the Nashville, Tennessee Police Department. After he attacked someone in their home, a manhunt was launched, and police eventually caught up with Daugherty, and shot and killed him during a gunfight.
