McDonough Police Department responded to robbery at the Economy Inn where a guest allegedly pushed his way into another guest's room in an attempted robbery. Police encountered Jackie Sanders Weems Jr., 44, who was non-compliant and fought with officers. Weems was tasered before he was taken into custody, became unresponsive and died.
