Deadly force
Officers went to Jonathan Young's home to serve a mental health warrant. Police said Young barricaded himself inside the home for an hour before police broke in. One officer reportedly shocked him with a Taser, but it did not incapacitate him. Young allegedly came at an officer with a hatchet and a baseball bat and was shot and killed by police.
