Dispatch received a report that a man who was wanted on felony warrants was crossing the Buffalo Bill viaduct. Officers attempted to contact Mills, but he ran. As officers pursued Mills on foot, they noticed he had a handgun. Mills ran into an alley and shot and killed himself.
