Police spotted a Ford Explorer driving erratically. They tried to pull over the other, but the driver refused to stop. During the chase, police said the suspect threw a case of beer out of the window. Police said the suspect other reached dangerous speeds during the chase, so they had to terminate it. Moments later, the SUV crashed into a Chevy pickup truck on South Agnew Avenue just south of Interstate 40. The SUV then caught fire. Authorities said the SUV driver died at the scene. She has been identified as Joella Cyphers, 27.
