Rockwood Police Department learned that a possibly suicidal man, Quintin Swicegood, was in the parking lot of the Walmart, according to police. When officers arrived and made contact with Swicegood, he produced a handgun. An officer fired at him, and he shot and killed himself, according to an autopsy report.
