Julianna Chambers, 13, of Whiting, was killed and Theresa Paramo, 57, seriously injured in the crash with a Highland man fleeing police, according to police. Donnell Howard Jr. pleaded guilty at a court hearing in Lake Criminal Court to resisting law enforcement, a level 3 felony, and resisting law enforcement, a level 5 felony.
