Deadly force
Residents called 911 shortly to report that a man was attempting to break into their home. After entering the home, the man encountered an armed resident and fled. The man was outside the home when three police officers arrived. Police said he had something that resembled a gun. He was shot and killed. Officers officers John Constable, Breanna Adams and Chris Osborn were named in a civil lawsuit.
