At Rest

Deadly force
A Tooele County sheriff's deputy and a Utah Highway Patrol trooper responded to a call of someone making threats at the entrance of a Clean Harbors hazardous waste incineration facility, police said. The man, who was inside the perimeter of the facility, approached the officers when they arrived and brandished a gun. He was shot and killed. It was determined that he was armed with pellet guns.
