Police from Troy, Tipp City, Miami County Sheriff's deputies and OSP troopers chased a white pickup on I-75, exiting at Northwoods Boulevard and then heading south on N. Dixie Drive. Jordan Harville was arraigned on a felony theft charge for stealing a pickup truck. Harville could face additional charges related to a high-speed chase with authorities that ended in a fatal crash. 28-year-old Anthony Hufford of Englewood was killed.
