Martinez and his brother, Josue Reynaldo, were riding motorcycles on the southeastern outskirts of Petaluma. Police received a 911 call from someone who said the bikers were speeding, police said. Both the men initially fled, but Josue stopped. Jose continued and crashed and died. Josue was arrested for allegedly drunken driving.
