Suicide
Police were called to a domestic disturbance with a gun. When officers arrived, they encountered a man and woman leaving the home. The man was suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Police later entered the home and removed an adult female and a juvenile female. The woman had non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Police found Royall dead from a self-inflicted gunshot.
