Officers went to some apartments to investigate a domestic violence incident involving a man trespassing there. Officers Bryan Gaitan, 33, and Shane Wheeler, 34, shot and killed Jason Magana Herrera after he resisted arrest and pointed a handgun at officers, according to police.
