Police started searching for Jamie Huskey, after he allegedly pistol whipped his sister and fired a shot into the wall of her home, police said. Deputies found him at a McDonald's and had a gunfight near the restaurant's bathrooms, police said. Huskey was killed by Sequoyah County Sheriff Larry Lane and Chief Deputy Charles House.
