AGS security guard Edgar Sanchez and Chico Sgt. Scott Ruppel shot and killed Tyler Rushing after an alleged break-in when he allegedly slashed at them with a knife, wounding two. Officer Alex Fliehr tasered Rushing as he lie facedown on the floor of a bathroom after he'd been shot three times.
