A Steuben County sheriff's deputy tried to pull over Ebonie Geddes after she allegedly ran a red light while driving north at Old U.S. 27 and Indiana 120. Geddes then drove her 2011 Ford Fusion left of center and collided head-on with a 2008 Chevrolet Blazer traveling south on Old U.S. 27, police said. She was killed, and the people in the other car were injured.
