Deadly force

Officers responded to the Walmart parking lot. When they arrived, they found a man armed with two handguns on the sidewalk north of the parking lot. For most of the encounter, he had a gun to his temple and a gun pointed at the officers, police said. The subject was ordered to drop his weapons. He did not, and he was shot and killed.
